A unit of Universal Overseas Limited, Verve was established in 2002 to bring a fresh, contemporary perspective to a deeply rooted textile heritage.

Our story is part of a legacy that began over 70 years ago, when our family founded one of India’s pioneering textile export houses in the post-independence era. That enterprise helped shape the nation’s global reputation for fine silk and woven textiles, becoming a benchmark for craftsmanship and international trade. While that chapter belongs to history, its spirit lives on in our work today.
